1 Tablespoon of KAKVI, first thing in the morning.

1 TBLS KAKVI

Hot Water

3/4 cup Milk or Dairy Alternative

Ice

Add KAKVI to a glass and add just enough hot water to cover the KAKVI. Stir until dissolved. Add ice and then top off with either Milk or Soymilk.

Avoiding milk? Try vanilla or chocolate almond, coconut or soy milk. Even yummier is to blend the whole concoction.

You can mix 1 teaspoon in 6 ounces of hot water

Add a teaspoon to your coffee or hot tea

Add a teaspoon to a smoothie

Make a cake or cookies with KAKVI

KAKVI Milk:

MilkIceVery hot water (enough to cover the KAKVI)
